IN CHARACTER
PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Syaoran is less prickly in Clear Card than he was in the original Cardcaptor Sakura series, but hugs/kisses/hand-holding from anyone aside from Sakura or his family is probably going to make him feel flustered at best and uncomfortable at worst, not to mention he's like-- thirteen. (Head pats are a-okay though)
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Yes! Syaoran's trained in martial arts and swordsmanship, so he can handle himself to a certain extent in a fight, but ask me beforehand in regards to more serious injuries!
RELATIONSHIPS: He's taken by Sakura!
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: He's an open book! Syaoran's a straight-forward and honest kid so 90% of what's in his mind is probably nothing new (and CLAMP hasn't alluded to him being trained in any mental-blocking magic or anything like that)
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Here's a link to his powers on the CCS wiki! tl;dr, he's essentially a Magical Boy and well-versed in Eastern Magic, and he's particularly sensitive to picking up on certain energies. His magic is Moon-based, which isn't explained too thoroughly in canon, BUT it does mean he chafes against those with Sun-related magics or those with differing origins of Moon magic. As of Clear Card, he can do a neat bit of sword summoning from his palm, and [CLEAR CARD MANGA SPOILERS AHEAD:] he also is currently in possession of the Sakura Cards and can use their magic as he sees fit.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: He's a normal, healthy, active preteen kid! (Though a bit on the exhausted side thanks to Clear Card Spoilers)

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL: Short teenage boy (probably about 4'8 or so?) of slim build, with messy short brown hair shaved close to the nape and large amber-brown eyes with long eyelashes. He has the occasional Resting Bitch Face (though he has gotten better at smiling at people as of Clear Card), and has been stated by others to be rather cute. He also has very good posture!
AURAL: Voiced by Motoko Kumai! Here's a clip of it, but his voice a little on the rougher, huskier side, as well as a bit higher pitched given his age. He defaults to addressing people by their last names and never uses honorifics, so he can come off as blunt and somewhat rude, and his speech is fairly informal/casual. Japanese is what he speaks most in the series, but he's also fluent in Cantonese and English due to being raised in Hong Kong. (Clip of him speaking English here for reference)
OLFACTORY: Clean! They made an official perfume for him a while back that smells like green tea and lemon, so I'd like to think he has a similar fresh scent! Probably also the slightest of whiffs of incense smoke since he probably uses it for certain magic practices.
DEMEANOUR: He's loosened up considerably between the original CCS and Clear Card, but Syaoran definitely still has some 'old man in a kid's body' vibes with how serious he can be at times. He's aloof and quiet, mostly letting his actions speak over his words, and keeps a more grounded view of things compared to others. However, he's an honest boy, and it's still fairly easy to guess his emotions if you watch his face and body language, even if he tries to hide it. He's also prone to a lot of blushing and stuttering when he's particularly flustered, and sometimes has flares of his old temper, too.
